I like the excellent location of the hotel, and the staff. I stayed at a junior suite, which is rather spacious room and it's air-conditioned (initially I booked double deluxe room, which was not, but later I changed it to a junior suite directrly through the hotel). It faces the street, but it's quite quiet in the room.

The breakfast is poor, but at the same time it depends on what to compare it to: if to a Paris breakfast it is rather rich! And the other weak point is the boiler - which stops to give hot water in 20 mins. So if you love to take long showers be aware of this.

Excellent central location, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and bars. Clean room with a minibar and safe deposit box. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Good value for money. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I liked of course the location of the hotel. It is situated straight in the heart of Saint Petersburg! And of course I liked the facilities and the staff, people that are working in the Hotel! Thank you very much for your positive and willingness to help guests!!!

Location is excellent. I did not expect much based on previous reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and bright rooms, comfort bed, helpful staff and tasty breakfast. Have not heard any noise from the street and it was aircon in our room.

Boiler in the bathroom was a bit noisy

The hotel is located in a very central area, just a short walk from a beautiful Orthodox Church and the bustling main road. From there, you can easily reach the Hermitage Square, home to the iconic Hermitage Museum and charming canals. The staff in the reception and breakfast area are friendly and accommodating, and the bathroom is clean and spacious.

The hotel is just in the city center a few meters from the kazanskij sobor. The room was nice and clean and the staff friendly except for one of them. The hotel offers a nice Russian style breakfast with kasha, aladi, jams and sour cream, omelettes, cheese, ham and eggs. They also provide free registration for their international guests, which is a nice plus as other hotels charge you 200 rubles for that. Unfortunately the registration did not cover all our stay in russia. They also have free wifi everywhere.

Water is an issue everywhere in saint petersburg but I found the water at this specific hotel particularly rusty. One day we got to our room at around midnight and found out that there were no towels whatsoever. I called the reception twice and and the staff person let us wait until 1am until we decided to go to bed and get the towels ourselves the day after.

We loved the central location of the hotel, with great restaurants and major sights nearby. The cleaning was done regularly and thoroughly, and facilities like the elevator made it easy to move around. We also appreciated the breakfast, which had a good variety of sweet and savory options. Furthermore, the staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English.

I didnt like the breakfast it is rather poor, also it is a mini hotel, that is situated in the living house and on the 5th floor the is a flat with lots of people living there..

This hotel had a pretty decent location, not too far from the main city attractions and convenient transportation options nearby. The room was fairly clean, and we appreciated the affordable breakfast. The highlight of our stay was having a quiet and enjoyable time together during our romantic escape.

Our stay wasn't without its issues. The room was too small for our liking and lacked proper lighting, making it difficult to read and relax at night.

The breakfast was very poor, even louzy.

Very good location-walking distance to all major attractions in the city,very clean, free WI-FI in the room, modern bathroom, lift was very handy, tasty breakfasts, drinking cold and hot water on every floor! Pleasant reception by the staff, big room for 3 of us - a couple with 13-year old. Great value for the money!
